General Terms and Conditions

Any competition you are entering via OpinionXpress are promotions run by poll masters that have subscribed to OpinionXpress and are not in any way associated with OpinionXpress. Entry is by OpinionXpress website/smartphone application only using the prescribed competition or subscription method. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms are ineligible. The poll master is responsible for the publication of the terms and conditions associated with promotions run by the poll master. OpinionXpress shall not be responsible for the distribution of pizes or any other any details of any promotion run by poll masters.

By using OpinionXpress you agree that information you enter as a poll master such as poll details, addresses, phone numbers and other information will be visible to other users of the system. In addition, you agree that any locations derived from addresses entered by you may be displayed on a map.

Any competition winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The poll master's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by OpinionXpress.

OpinionXpress will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of using OpinionXpress or taking the prize(s) or entering into any poll master promotions. To the extent permitted by law, OpinionXpress is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the poll masters or their employees or agents in connection with promotions run using OpinionXpress.

Creating an OpinionXpress poll participant or poll master account constitutes acceptance of these terms.
